We make
things happen.
Tendaji Group Holdings is the parent company behind ventures built to move money, opportunity, and belonging toward families and communities around the world.
Growth
We start things. Then we stay close enough to help them grow into something that lasts.
Flow
We build for movement — money, opportunity, and value should move through systems, not get stuck in them.
Balance
Balance is not a compromise. It's the condition that lets good ideas keep moving.
A name that describes the work.
Dover, DE 19901
Tendaji is a Swahili word meaning “one who makes things happen” — a doer, not a spectator. It’s how we operate.
Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc. is a holding company built around a simple idea: start, build, and hold ventures across financial technology, sports, and community infrastructure — each one designed to put opportunity back within reach for all people.
We’re a small, hands-on team. Rather than run a portfolio of passive investments, we build alongside every company we hold — shaping product, strategy, and go-to-market from the inside, not from a boardroom at a distance.
Our approach borrows something from feng shui’s oldest idea about prosperity: wealth isn’t seized, it’s cultivated and allowed to circulate. We try to build ventures the same way — patient, deliberate, designed so value keeps moving to the people who created it.
What we've built.
Companies started and held by Tendaji Group Holdings.

Afford The Game
Every kid. Every family. Every sport. Afford The Game is building a platform designed to help families reduce the cost of youth sports by turning everyday commerce, rewards, and partnerships into value that can be used toward eligible sports expenses.
More ventures are in development under Tendaji Group Holdings and will be listed here as they launch.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Website hosting and security providers may use cookies that are necessary to deliver or protect the site. If we add services that use additional cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy as appropriate.
6. Do Not Track and universal opt-out signals
This website does not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Tendaji does not currently use this website to sell personal data or process personal data for targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and implement applicable opt-out mechanisms as required by law.
7. How we share information
We may disclose information to hosting, security, and other service providers that perform functions on our behalf; professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers; government or law-enforcement entities when required by law; and parties involved in a legitimate corporate transaction. We may also disclose information to an affiliate, venture, or portfolio company when reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or carry out the purpose for which you provided the information.

We may retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legitimate business needs, to resolve disputes, to maintain security, and to comply with legal obligations.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. U.S. state privacy rights
Privacy rights vary by state and by whether a particular law applies to Tendaji’s processing. Where applicable, state law may provide rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, know, correct, or delete certain personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling; appeal certain denials; and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in Section 16. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and rights may be subject to applicable exceptions.
11. Delaware privacy rights
Where the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (“DPDPA”) applies to Tendaji’s processing, Delaware residents covered by the Act have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data and to access that data; correct inaccuracies; delete certain personal data; obtain a copy of personal data they previously provided; and opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling, as applicable. Covered Delaware residents also have the right to appeal a decision we make on a consumer-rights request. Where required by applicable law, we will also recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals. To exercise these rights, or to submit an appeal, contact us using the information in Section 16.

This corporate website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. Portfolio companies or ventures that serve youth or families — including Afford The Game — may maintain separate privacy policies, parental consent processes, and age requirements applicable to their own products or services; see Section 13.
13. Third-party websites and portfolio companies
This website may link to ventures, portfolio companies, and other third-party websites, including affordthegame.com. Those services or sites are operated under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and practices, not this one. We encourage you to review these policies directly.

Their legal structures may vary, and certain ventures may operate through Tendaji until separately organized. Where a venture or portfolio company maintains its own products, services, contracts, terms, privacy policies, or other governing documentation, those materials apply to that offering. 8. Third-party links
The Site may link to ventures, portfolio companies, and third-party websites, including affordthegame.com, for your convenience. These links do not necessarily constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or control by Tendaji, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
9. User communications
If you contact us using contact information published on the Site, doing so does not automatically create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, partnership, joint-venture, or other special relationship. Please do not send confidential business plans, trade secrets, inventions, patentable concepts, or other highly sensitive proprietary information to our general contact address unless a written confidentiality agreement is already in place with us.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms attempts to disclaim liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tendaji Group Holding Company, Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your unlawful or prohibited use of the Site.
13. Forward-looking statements
Statements on the Site regarding future ventures, products, plans, technologies, market opportunities, objectives, or expected results may constitute forward-looking statements. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any such statements.
14. No partnership or agency
Use of the Site does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or similar relationship between you and Tendaji.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
16. Venue
Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
19. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
